[23:42 GMT EUR/USD: Talk Of Possible Sovereign Buying At Lower Levels] Sydney, April 16: There is talk in the market that Asian sovereign names might buy EUR/USD dips at some stage today. Asian central banks have accumulated fresh USD reserves this week to stop their home currencies from appreciating and are expected to diversify them at some stage today. Support is found at yesterday”s 1.3520 low while the 55-day MA is resistance on the day. Key support is found at 1.3485 where the 21-day MA and the tenkan line converge. The EUR/USD trades 1.3570/75.

USD/JPY drops to as low as 92.57 so far today and the break of 92.82 support indicates that correction from 94.68 has resumed. Intraday bias is now on the downside for deeper correction towards 61.8% retracement of 89.83 to 94.68 at 91.68. On the upside, break of 93.77 resistance will indicate that fall from 94.68 is completed and will then flip intraday bias back to the upside for retesting this high.
